Kelly LeBenger is a GIAC GSLC certified consultant in the field of Information Assurance. Kelly is formerly the Director of Strategic Partnerships and Chief of Staff for Philip Niedermair and Research Assistant for Research Fellow Ivan Arreguín-Toft on the topic of Cyber Security and Asymmetric Warfare within the Cyber Security Project at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government. 


Previously, Kelly served as Policy Analyst and Campaign Director at the Institute for Gulf Affairs. Kelly also served as IGA's liaison to the U.S. Department of State.​


Prior to this, Kelly was an Associate at Parity Partners, an executive recruitment and career development firm committed to building the world's largest diversity talent database for women and underrepresented minorities in the Venture Capital, Hedge, Private Equity, and Tech spaces. Prior to her role at Parity Partners Kelly held positions at The Economic Club of New York and The Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia.  


In 2013, Kelly published Behind The Veil: The State of Women in Saudi Arabia, which weaves an overarching perspective of the socio-political life and history of Saudi Women's Rights. 


Kelly graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Elliott School of International Affairs at The George Washington University with a degree in International Affairs and Middle Eastern studies. 
In her spare time, Kelly enjoys the creative arts.
